ReelKade makes short marketing videos for businesses. This page explains, in plain words, what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow the principles of Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022.

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. It collects:
Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we do not sell it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.
When you ask for a free video on reelkade.com/free, we collect your business name, email, WhatsApp number and the material you send (website address, post images or script). We send a one-time code to your email and your WhatsApp to confirm they are yours, and we keep a record of your request so each business gets one free video. We also record a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address to stop abuse. If you agree, we may show your video on our website and social media; you can ask us to remove it at any time. If you don't agree, we keep your request but don't make or show the video.
If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your name, number or email address, and whatever you send us, such as your social posts, website link, script, photos, logo or a voice recording.
We use this only to talk to you and to make and deliver your video. To create videos we use trusted third-party services, including AI services that help write scripts, design scenes and generate voice-overs and music. Your material is processed by these services only for that purpose.
We keep your material and videos while we're working with you, and for a reasonable time afterwards so we can make changes or new versions. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just contact us at talk@reelkade.com and we'll respond as soon as we can.
