Changes & refunds

We want you to be happy to post every video we make. Here is exactly what's included and how refunds work.

Small corrections: always free

If something in your video is wrong because of us, we fix it free, any time: a typo, a wrong price, phone number or date, a misspelled or mispronounced name, or text that appears at the wrong moment.

One round of changes: included

Every paid video includes one round of changes. Send us everything you'd like changed in one message (for example: a different photo, slower pacing, another colour, a shorter ending) and we'll update the video. If you'd like more rounds after that, we'll tell you the price before we start.

New scope is a new video

A different idea, a new script or offer, new photos or footage, or a different length after we've started counts as a new video. In a pack, it uses one video from your pack (a 60-second video counts as two).

Free previews

The free short preview is a sample of what we can make for you. It doesn't include changes. If you like it, the full 30-second video is Rs 2,000.

Monthly packs

• A pack is valid for 30 days from the day your payment is confirmed.
• Unused videos don't roll over to the next month.
• A 60-second video counts as 2 videos.

Refunds

• Before we start: if we haven't started your video or pack, you get a full refund.
• If we can't get it right: if, after the included round of changes, we can't make a video you're able to use, you get a full refund for that video.
• Packs: a pack is fully refundable until your first video from it is delivered. After that, unused videos aren't refunded.
• Delivered videos you've accepted or posted aren't refunded.

Refunds go back by bank transfer, to the same bank account you paid from, within 7 days of us agreeing to them.
